Hi, if we haven’t met before…

I’m Morgan Farr, a former Management Consultant turned ICF Leadership, Executive & Life Coach.

After 17 years leading large teams…

I realised the real crisis wasn’t masculinity or even men’s mental health.

— it was actually with how men express themselves today.

Now I’m the Modern Man Coach, working with male leaders and professionals who are confused, lost, running on empty, feeling disconnected or just want to maximise potential.

Coaching them to master the new #1 skill for thriving:

Something I call xQ — Expressive Intelligence.

The new language of connection, revolutionising how men express themselves with integrity when it matters most.

Because I believe men and male leaders are disappearing right before our eyes, it’s lonely at the top but across all arenas of life men would benefit from a North star that helps them bridge their expression gap. Whether that’s in work, with their partner, friends or loved ones or with themselves.

I know what it’s like to never feel good enough, to feel unable to express myself and to hide behind performance.

I want to help free and empower the Modern Man to Lead Authentically, integrating all that they are, without fear.

THE MISSION
