I’m Morgan, a former Management Consultant turned ICF Executive & Life Coach.

After 20 years leading business transformation and achieving six-figure success here in London, I realised the real crisis wasn’t clarity on peak success or fulfilment - it was with men.

Guys, men and male leaders are disappearing right before our eyes, and I believe one of the major underlying issues is disconnection. Disconnection from self, work, others or life itself.

I know what it’s like to never feel good enough, to hide, check-out and not express myself. For most of my early life in fact.

And so now I’m The Modern Man Coach, on a Mission to work with male leaders and professionals to help guide them to master self-expression and connection, and build the life of freedom, fulfilment and impact they so deeply want and need.

THE MISSION

• Create a safe, relatable coaching space where the Modern Man can re-emerge, open up and master self-expression in order to reconnect

• Build a playground for levelling up wellbeing, explored and fueled by our innate playful curiosity

• Provide a clear, structured change framework that supports delivering fulfilling life changes and passion projects.

I also believe in a NEW Vision for Modern Man and Masculinity, supported by mastery of this #1 Skill: Self-Expression.
